Production and delivery times may vary slightly depending on stock availability, order volume, and destination.

2. Custom Lighting Orders
For custom lighting solutions, including bespoke hotel, villa, or commercial lighting projects, delivery timelines will be confirmed through mutual discussion and agreement before production begins.
Unless otherwise specified by the client, all custom lighting products are shipped via sea freight (default) to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Alternative shipping methods such as air freight or express courier can be arranged upon request, with additional charges applied.

NewstarLamp offers free international shipping to the following countries and regions:

- United Kingdom

- South Korea
For other regions, shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery address and order volume.
